Metro Atlanta Short Sales - On the Rise

Metro Atlanta short sales have been on the rise since the falling of the economy. Short sales have the reputation of being avoided, but lately short sales have been closing more frequently. Buyers love short sales because of the low prices and fast closings. Tina Fountain Realtors has had buyers that come specifically looking for short sales. Many of our investors are looking for short sales to buy now at a low price then re-sell at a higher price when the economy gets better. Short sales are just as good as they are bad. Recently, one of our listings (2807 Bob Cox Road) went into short sale and we had multiple offers within the first few hours of the price being dropped. Buyers are on the rise and short sales are in high demand.

Tina Fountain Realtors has an experienced staff and agents that fit specific needs of short sale listings and short sale buyers.

Tina Fountain - Featured in Marietta Daily Journal

Tina Fountain was featured in a recent article done by the Marietta Daily Journal. The article was done by Ashley Hungerford regarding the Governor's proposal to end a tax-relief program for Georgia homeowners. Due to Tina Fountain's reputation of being experienced and specialized in the housing market, Marietta Daily Journal turned to her for her expert opinion. On the front cover of the Marietta Daily Journal, Tina was quoted in her defense to the tax payers by saying "Our economy can't support any additional inflation or taking something like this away." Hopefully, Georgia homeowners will get the tax relief they need to help stimulate the economy and boost the real estate market.

Tina Fountain Now on Twitter!

Tina Fountain is now on Twitter! Why use Twitter? We thought that Twitter would be a great way to connect with customers as well as other real estate agents. Twitter is basically a mixture of a social networking site and a miniature blog. Each "tweet" can only be 140 characters in length making the posts only a few lines. We have already found many of our past and current customers that are on the Twitter website. Twitter is becoming more and more popular since it is welcoming of all age groups. In recent news, Twitter was used by David Saranga (Israeli ministry of foreign affairs) to announce that they would be the first government to hold a press conference via Twitter about the war. Many bloggers are predicting that more governments will start to do this. Twitter is a great way to connect with friends, family, celebrities, leaders, and even realtors!

If you have a Twitter, please follow us; we love to keep in touch with our fellow bloggers! Our link is http://twitter.com/tinafountain
